There are classes and course available which range from no cost to all the way up to $95,000.
What is available is as diverse as the net itself.
With some slight variations the following holds true for all of these institutions:
Anyone with the time and the recourses can take classes. Specific enrollment requirements are indicated in the course descriptions.
Classes take place where ever you and your computer find yourself on the road or at home.
For the most parts there are no class times. Classes are conducted asynchronously, which means students and instructors take turns sending messages back and forth.
Classes have instructors, these instructors do the same things that they do in a traditional learning environment. They develop the curriculum, give the
assignments, answer questions, lead discussions and assign grades.

Tuition includes all educational expenses, a laptop computer, portable
printer, academic books and other class materials, and lodging and meals
during the five residential sessions. The tuition does not include travel to
